App store app - the future
Many people have asked “why can’t I edit my pets in the App Store app?”. There’s a few reasons.
1) The technology used in native apps is quite different than web apps and much more expensive to develop.
2) You could lose your data. With a web app – your data is in the cloud. Lost your phone? No problem.
3) Input from a phone is hard – even the iPhone. We believe the best case scenario is using...

We got a confirmation that our first Apple iPhone App is available in the store. We’ve checked and it is not there yet but we are hopeful it will be there soon.
With the app you can upload your images from you iPhone. It is very easy. And it is free.

We’ve made a few changes that hopefully will make PVR more fun.
If you have an avatar on your pet, others can now see them in the public rss feed. Nothing but the picture and the biography is shown. Not even the name (login) of the owner.
We’ve created a widget (for macs) download and install it to see new pets added to PVR.
Changed the default theme to yellow. Because … just because :)...
Going social
We are going to try and post more to social sites. We think Twitter.com is cool but really like Tumblr.com. It is like Twitter but better, with more and better features – and great themes.

Finishing up a iPhone version of our new site
